I made these tonight. I chopped up 6 potatoes into wedges, then tossed them in a bowl with oil and salt and pepper. I then added about a quarter cup of breadcrumbs, a quarter cup of chedder “parmesan style” cheese, a few dashes of garlic seasoning (next time I am using fresh, wtf was I thinking) and some italian seasoning. Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes and then destroy with sour cream on the side. Make some flavoured sour cream dip by adding dill or some other creative stuffs. I know you can do it.
