This recipe was in my recipe binder, printed out in my own hand writing.
Which means it must be really, really good if I actually sat there for ten minutes writing that shit down.
Back then, apparently, I didn’t have a phone with a camera to copy it.
It was a Hard Knock Life.

Curry Chicken:

1 pack boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped (I used two handfuls of cut up cherry tomatoes tonight, yum!)
1 can mushrooms

Throw it all in a slow cooker for a few hours.

I served it with seashell pasta…which is probably not authentic but you get the point.
