Mix in large bowl:
6 cups oats(not quick oats), 1 cup+ raisins, 1 cup+ dried cranberries, 1 cup+ coconut, 2 tsp cinnamon, PLUS whatever other berries/nuts or seeds you want.
In seperate bowl mix:
1 cup honey +1/4 cup oil
Pour over first mixture. Put in large baking dish. Bake at 450 for 20 min, mixing often. Store in sealed containers. Stays good for about 3 weeks!! Delish just as cereal with milk, mixed with yogurt, or as a trail mix type snack on its own.
